MI SB FAM offers financial aid for Medical Supplies and Medical Equipment Repair/Replacement costs for individuals with Spina Bifida residing in the state of Michigan.
Support is offered with a maximum amount of $500.00 annually.
The Board of Directors meet monthly to review applications.
An approved amount will be paid directly to the business, not to the individual.
